NearMeU Child Safety

NearMeU is an adults-only (18+) service. People under 18 are not permitted to create or use an account.

Strictly prohibited

Sexual content or sexual activity involving minors.
Grooming, soliciting or attempting to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or attempts to obtain, share or distribute it.
Sextortion, sexual exploitation or coercion involving minors.
Trafficking or facilitating the exploitation of minors.

Safety review

NearMeU may use automated safety systems to detect serious safety signals in private messages. A rule match is only a safety signal and is not treated as proof of a violation. When a serious signal or user report requires review, authorized moderators may review the relevant message and a limited amount of surrounding conversation context. NearMeU does not provide moderators with a general-purpose private-chat browser.

Reporting

Users can report or block another user directly in the NearMeU app. For serious child-safety concerns, contact supportnearmeu@gmail.com and clearly identify the message as a child-safety report.

Enforcement

Confirmed violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension or permanent suspension depending on severity. Keyword or rule matches alone do not trigger automatic punishment.
